PNCA Stop/Watch is an annual festival of moving image and time-based works. From traditional narrative film and video, to experimental performance and animation, VideoFest encompasses a breadth of work made by current PNCA students of all levels and majors. 2015’s festival is specially programmed by PNCA + Hollywood Theatre Media Resident and alum Anthony Hudson (Intermedia, ’13) and hosted by Portland’s premier drag clown (and one-time Commencement Class Speaker) Carla Rossi.
